Is there anywhere’s around the capital region that offers free pet care to low to no income persons?

My mom’s cat is getting very ill and she is disabled and has very low income and is unable to pay the vet. if you know of anywheres that offers free or extremely discounted vet cost please post it here!!! Thanks a bunch in advance!!

    Sometimes local SPCA locations will have low-cost clinics; you can check into that for your area.
